• Session details: your shoot preferences, wardrobe choices, and any notes you share during consultation
• Payment information: processed securely through third-party payment providers. I do not store your card details directly.
• Photos and images: portraits created during your session, retained for editing, delivery, and portfolio use (subject to your consent)
• Website usage data: analytics data collected through tools like Google Analytics to help improve the website experience

How I Use Your Information

Your information is used only to serve you. Specifically:

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule your session
• To send pre-session prep guides, wardrobe guidance, and shoot-day details
• To process payment and deliver your final images
• To send follow-up emails after your session
• To improve the website and client experience through anonymous analytics
• To send occasional studio updates or offers — only if you’ve opted in

I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Photography & Portfolio Use

By booking a session with Speak Pixels, you acknowledge that the portraits created are the artistic work of Rachon Denae. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Speak Pixels retains the right to use session images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.

If you prefer your images remain private, simply let me know before or during your consultation. I will honor all privacy requests — no questions asked.

Images of minors will never be used for promotional purposes without explicit written consent from a parent or guardian.

Cookies & Tracking

The Speak Pixels website may use cookies to improve your experience and track website performance. These are standard, anonymous analytics cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use the website or contact me.

Data Retention

Client contact information and session notes are retained for up to three years following your last session for business record-keeping purposes.

Your portrait images are retained on secure cloud storage for a minimum of 90 days following delivery. After that period, images may be archived or removed. It is your responsibility to download and back up your images upon delivery.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information I hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements)
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or emailing me directly
• Request that your images not be used for portfolio or promotional purposes

Third-Party Services

Speak Pixels uses the following third-party tools that may have access to limited data:

• Sprout Studio — CRM, email communications, and gallery delivery
• Showit — Website hosting and form submissions

Each of these services maintains their own privacy policies. I only use platforms with strong security and privacy standards.
