Most people have spent years getting very good at disappearing. Stepping back. Letting someone else be the face. Waiting until they feel ready — as if readiness is something that eventually arrives.

It doesn't.

I know this because I lived it. Years after falling in love with photography, I found myself lost — unsure of who I was. So I set up a tripod and started photographing myself. Not out of confidence. Out of necessity.

Just me, a camera, and hundreds of frames I hated. I wasn't just learning light and composition. I was learning to look at myself without flinching. To stop editing out the parts I wasn't sure about.

That's when I understood what this work actually does.

It doesn't make you look like someone else. It shows you who you actually are — and proves that version is the most compelling one.

I come to every session with a sharp eye for composition, color, and visual storytelling — shaped by years of studying design, marketing, and what makes an image actually work. And I learned portraiture the hard way: by photographing myself. Hundreds of self-portraits. That practice taught me things no classroom covers — how to read a room, how to direct someone into a real expression, how to build trust fast. That means I'm not figuring things out in the room. Before you arrive, I've already built your session: the mood board, the wardrobe direction, the lighting, the energy we're moving toward.
